Our website was designed with you in mind. We hope that you find it easy to navigate and very informative. Within our website you will find a wealth of information about who we are and what we do. Our registration forms can be found under “patient forms”. These forms can be filled out, printed, and brought with you at the time of your appointment, or you can register directly with us on-line. A description of the services we provide, as well as all our pre- and post-operative instructions can also be found here.

     Our website also contains patient testimonials, so you can read first hand what previously treated patients think about us. Before and after pictures of patients treated by us are included, as well as pictures of our newly renovated office. We want you to feel at home, comfortable, and confident in coming to see us.
