Financial Options

Payment is due when services are rendered. We are not providers on any insurance plans. As a fee-for-service practice, we are able to offer you the very best in oral surgery care, in an expeditious fashion, and at a reasonable cost. We are more than happy to assist you in filing your insurance, but please remember that our relationship is with you, not your insurance company, and that you are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred. A service charge of 1^1/2 % per month (18% per annum) on unpaid balances will be charged on all accounts over 60 days.

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards. We also accept cash or a check drawn from a local bank. There is a $25.00 fee for a returned check. Extended payment plans are available through corporate financing and we can easily assist you with the application process, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Insurance Information

Our goal is to provide you with the very best in oral surgery care, in a caring and expeditious fashion, and at a reasonable cost. Our doctors are not providers on any insurance plans, but we will work hand and hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please bring your insurance information with you to your initial appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement for you.

Please remember that our relationship is with you, not your insurance company, and that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Extended payment plans are available through an outside corporate financing company called Care Credit www.carecredit.com. We can pre-approve you for Care Credit prior to your appointment if you so desire. The online credit application can also be filled out in the privacy of your own home, or we can assist you with your application here in our office. Just let us know how we can be of assistance.
