Scheduling

Our office is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. Consultation appointments are in the afternoon. Surgical procedures are performed in the morning. We realize that you are busy and your schedule is important to us. We make every effort to schedule your appointment in a timely fashion and at a time that is convenient for you.

Please note that our elective surgery slots are normally booked one to two weeks in advance. If you anticipate a need for your treatment to be done shortly after your consultation, please let our Scheduling Coordinators know since it may also be possible to reserve a time for your surgery while you are making your consultation appointment.

We do our utmost to stay on schedule and see you at your scheduled time. Due to the fact that we provide surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
